What about council approval costs and the long process of certification?
Our certifiers will pre-approve your building work and manage council processes to ensure approvals are turned around in 2 weeks.
We do all the work, and the cost is included in your purchase. Usually, a local council representative will not need to inspect your property.

My backyard ground is not suitable.
Our innovative pier system will suit most grounds – sandy or rocky. (pier images)

How do I proceed?
As a first step, you can call or email our team to provide your address for a free site assessment. We will remotely access publicly available records and other technical information, as well as aerial photographs via Google, to ensure that your property will comply with local government planning regulations.

We will report back to you, and if you want to move ahead, you can deposit via our website, and we will ship your container with full payment due before delivery.

Once I’ve chosen my size unit, what do I do next?

Do you provide a builder?
Your home arrives in a container box and can be erected in 3 to 6 days, depending on the model. In some areas, we can recommend a builder, but a local builder or a competent handyman can quickly erect our homes.
We have video tutorials for builders. However, the system is as easy as 1,2,3.

How do I connect the unit to water, power and electricity or gas?
All our units have external connection points for easy connection to existing services.

What are standard inclusions?
You will find your standard inclusions under the unit you have selected.
But our units arrive with kitchen benchtops, pre-wired electrical outlets, and
appliances, including dishwashers, sinks, taps, toilets and baths. Additions will be available to purchase beneath each product.

What are the available additions?
Decks, awnings, solar power systems, water tanks and even spa baths are all
available and discounted for our clients and available to order under the selected unit.

Ordering a deck and awning materials with free plans.
Our materials are competitively priced because we buy in bulk. We want our
customers to receive the most competitive deal available. You will find it hard to source our composite decking materials, or our awnings cheaper anywhere else because we buy in bulk. When you order a deck or awning to suit your project, materials in the exact dimensions will arrive ready for construction with plans for the home or professional builder.
