I checked out other backyards boxes with plastic looking interiors, thin walls and low ceilings, and when I inspected the Dlux demo home at Silverwater in Sydney, I knew I’d found the right house. The massive double glazed windows providing light combined with the marble-finished bathroom and Gorgous kitchen blew me away. (Love to cook) The difference is night and day. And per s/qm price comparison, showed the cost difference was negligible. Was grateful that the council approval was handled by Dlux and built into the price. Lots of other extras too. How to buy your Tiny House
Select your tiny house by deciding on the model, layout, and any additional features you'd like. Once you've approved the quote, a holding deposit will place your order in our build lineup and you can finalize the process by signing the build contract.
Submit your initial payment before we get started, and according to the agreed start date on your contract, our proficient team will initiate the construction of your tiny house. We'll keep you updated with regular progress reports.
Your fully finished tiny house will be transported directly to your property. We also provide a setup service to ensure your home is properly installed.
Frequently Asked Questions
What about council approval costs and the long process of certification?
Our certifiers will pre-approve your building work and manage council processes to ensure approvals are turned around in 2 weeks.
We do all the work, and the cost is included in your purchase. Usually, a local council representative will not need to inspect your property.
